A most interesting article and thanks for posting, Miguel. Maybe a club trip could be organised one day, even it’s only to have a wander round and soak up some of Adamsfield’s wealth of history.
I understand that the site is managed by Parks and Wildlife and a key is required to gain access.

Could be worthwhile.
It’s not even that far to walk from Clear Hill Road if we can’t get a key.

I would be keen to go up for a look, I had a half hearted attempt 10 years ago and was blocked by rough weather and track condition.
