G’day fellow Tassie prospectors,
Hope it’s not too cold, wet and windy down there in Tas.
The fox is in WA’s Pilbara region enjoying temps in the high 20’s to low 30’s during the day and 15 degrees or less at night (12 this morning). Flies haven’t been too bad with a steady Easterly breeze keeping them at bay.
Prospecting old haunts has been a challenge with signs of activity everywhere - footprints, tyre tracks, dig holes etc.It’s been hard work - lots of walking and 10 hour days but I have still managed to find a little gold each day.
Here’s the result of a little over a week’s work…
