What does restricted road mean and partially restricted road mean on Google maps?
Probably that it’s not a public road?

It can mean a number of things:
- The road could be private
- The road could be gated/managed by parks (EG Adamsfield)
- Sometimes Forestry Roads appear restricted
- The road could pass through land managed by Hydro
- A bunch of others
Some restricted roads are open to the public some are not. The only reliable way to tell is by checking the land tenure (and even this is not 100% reliable).
