Hello everyone, I’m looking for what others think about using VLF’s at Tibooburra this winter, I’ve heard it’s not really hot ground for the most part, and VLF’s will cope. I’m planning to go with one of my sniping partners, but he has a Nokta Gold Kruzer, it runs pretty hot and has no notch disc. I have an Equinox 800 so I’m good. I have suggested to him that he can use my spare an Xterra 705 if he has troubles with the Kruzer, he’s not convinced about the location or the Xterra. Comments please.Thanks, John.

Not familiar with the location, but Xterras are noisy buggers in most spots in gold mode. You can borrow my SDC for a few weeks if your coming through the North of the state on your way there and back.
